Executive Director: National Policy Board FOR EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION
Dr. Jacquelyn O. Wilson is an Assistant Professor at the University of Delaware and past Director of the Delaware Academy for School Leadership (DASL). She currently serves as the Executive Director of the National Policy Board for Educational Administration. With 30 years of experience in public schools nationwide and abroad, she leads NPBEA’s team, providing professional development and coaching to school leaders.
As the Executive Director of the National Policy Board for Educational Administration (NPBEA), Dr. Jacquelyn O. Wilson leads a national alliance of major membership organizations committed to advancing school and school-system leadership.
She collaborates with educational administration professions to improve the preparation and practice of educational leaders at all levels. NPBEA's member organizations, including key stakeholders such as the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) and the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), work collectively to enhance educational leadership standards and policies.
Dr. Wilson's role involves shaping national educational leadership initiatives, advocating for effective leadership practices, and promoting collaboration among education professionals to elevate the quality of educational leadership nationwide.
