Experience
Dr. Jacquelyn O. Wilson was an Assistant Professor at the University of Delaware for 20 years where she taught graduate students in the Masters and Doctoral programs in School Leadership. She is the former Director of the Delaware Academy for School Leadership, a policy, research and professional development center at the College of Education and Human Development. She is the current Executive Director of the National Policy Board for Educational Administration . With over 40 years of K-20 experience, 30 years in a school district and the Delaware Department of Education, her expertise includes transformative school leadership, policy guidance, and implementation of educational standards for school and system improvement.
